Thank you for shopping with Signed By Design. We are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within [3–5 business days]. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
For custom or personalised orders, please allow up to [7–10 business days] for production before dispatch.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
If you add to order or the size is more than when purchased, I may contact to provide you with an updated invoice on the shipping fee.

This is after order is dispatched from our office.

Standard Shipping (within Australia): 2–8 business days

Please note that Signed By Design is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, especially during peak periods or due to external factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active and check your junk folder in case the email is in there.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Signed By Design is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
